Having worked across the world in sustainable agriculture, fair trade, and social impact projects, she found her purpose in permaculture — a design philosophy that reconnects people to the earth and to themselves. Later, she expanded her path into Ayurvedic health counseling, blending her love for gardening and culinary wisdom to nourish both body and soul.
